No. Joining is free. You only pay if you choose to buy a Gloopsie during a drop.
Safety comes first. Gloopsies will be independently lab-tested to US toy safety standards before they ship. Like all squishies, they should never be heated, microwaved or frozen, and should be thrown away if torn.
